In order to have the most beautiful & memorable birth experience possible... plenty of planning & support is often needed. If I'm chosen as your Birth Doula, from first meeting on I begin to bond with you & work together as a team. Our communication from the onset is key as we formulate a birth preference agenda for your pregnancy. I not only support, prepare & educate birth persons but feel its crucial to include their partners as well. I accompany you and your partner in-person during labor and delivery. I provide calming relaxing massages, comfort measures and techniques to help labor progress with as little pain & discomfort as possible as baby gets closer to being born...all the while gently soothing and reassuring you mentally and emotionally, giving you the confidence you need to bring your new baby into this world safely. I also draw on my knowledge and experience to guide you and your partner in making critical decisions if necessary during labor & birth and advocate for you in a unique way that Medical staff will respect in honoring your wishes...​
